Blackstone - 36-in. Outdoor Griddle - Black

Love this thing seasoned well before use and off I was cooking had bacon on one side onions in the middle burgers on the other side with buns toasting....lots if room to add more things ...lots of space and cook everything at once ...

We purchased our Blackstone last night and upon putting it together noticed a small dent in the hood. We drove an hour to get it and it was almost assembled completely. We took the hood out as this was the last part we assembled and noticed it! Bummed!

I recently got the 36-inch Blackstone griddle, and it has completely transformed the way I cook outdoors. My new Blackstone is so versatile they're almost isn't anything I can't grill on it. We have prepared massive breakfast of eggs, bacon hashbrowns all at one time. We have also cooked Philly cheesesteak sandwiches to perfection and being able to serve multiple servings at once and they are piping hot.

I bought this unit around May. Easy setup and easy seasoning process. However going into August and there are issues to watch for. The gas lines do not always start or allow gas in them to light. Sometimes it takes having to turn the Gass off and on a few times to get it primed. Then the paint is peeling and bubbling exposing the metal to rust. The final issue is the grease trap is hard to remove without spilling the grease. Not the quality I would expect from a Blackstone product. Overall, it works well and does the job. I would post pics of allowed.
