Blackstone - OTG 22in Gridde w/Hood on Cart - Black

I have always been a simple gas grill person and have downsized, well this was not the best option. I decided to try out the griddle style this go round. Wow, to my surprise this griddle is a great improvement all around. Blackstone makes the ease of cooking and grilling all in one with easy clean up! I am pleased to be a part of this new adventure and love the accessories. Bravo!

This is my second 22”. The first one is used for camping. We were constantly having flare ups with our current bbq and decided to make the change. Could'nt be happier!

It was easy to put it together I was using it right away. The only thing is I had two screws that where stripped and could not use them Other than that still works

Recommend you remove that statement from the packaging. Certainly if you do it regularly you could assemble in 30 minutes, but for the average person it's more like 90 minutes. Other than that it's sturdy and well thought out. Now to season the griddle!

This griddle was super easy to assemble. The directions were very clear and easy to follow. Once the gas was turned on this thing heated up right away. Burn off was good and once seasoned with Avocado oil it was ready to go. In all it took about 2 hours to assemble and season. Looking forward to many meals for yeas to come.
