Blackstone - 36 In. Outdoor Griddle Station - Black

The grill arrived and is still usable but the box was very damaged and the entire grill is scraped and dented. It made putting it together difficult as some parts were misaligned. The hardware was also mislabeled on the packaging so that was confusing

The product looks fine. A few scratches and scuffs from the delivery. It also ended up being delayed and arriving later than it was supposed to. When it was finally delivered the box looked like it had been torn open on one side, and thrown around. When it arrives, it will come in the Blackstone box, not a Walmart box.

My order arrived and it looked like it had been through a battle. The packaging was torn and there is water saturation on the top. The grill parts had fallen out of the package as the driver struggled to get it to the house. It's poor business to send products that are in poor shape to customers. When I called there is no other product available ANYWHERE? I'm so fed up!

ive had my Blackstone griddle for about 3 weeks now. Everything i have cooked has turned out great. people that usually wont eat someone's grilled food are definitely eaten mine and saying it's delicious. i am not a chef by any means but i am a very good cook. I have more things i plan to cook on it and I hope that the results turn out just as good. The only down side is that everyone wants me to cook every time they are over. But it's all good Especially if they are bringing the food.

I love the black stone products but I cant stand Walmart. Your shipping is a joke and what was supposed to be 2 days was closer to 3 weeks. To top it off when I opened it there was huge bent portion. Beyond frustrated with Walmart. I will attach pictures of the front bent part.
