This Blackstone griddle works just as well as its big brethren. I have a 22 inch and 36 inch and plan to us this one camping and 4 wheeling. Seasoned it with both Blackstone seasoning and some oil and cooked some eggs on it the following day and it works well. I just have to get used to only having one burner to adjust the heat but otherwise it works great.
