e.l.f. Contouring Kabuki Brush

I received this product for free to review and I was so excited I got this brush as one of them! It was so soft and gentle in the skin, as someone with rather sensitive skin at times it's nice for this brush doesn't make my skin feel itchy afterwards. It's great quality especially given the price! I have a few eyeshadow brushes from ELF as well and never been disappointed.

I received this product free from Topbox Circle to review. I've never had a Kabuki brush before and learned that it's for even distribution of powders. I got to try this alongside the Contouring Blush & Bronzer. With that in mind, I do feel that E.L.F.'s Kabuki brush did an excellent job. Since I have fair skin, when I used the bronzer portion of the kit, it did not apply it too heavy so my contouring still looked natural. The kabuki brush picked up a light dusting of each pass over the bronzer and blush. I am very happy with this brush and highly recommend this brush to others. My only dismay was that this brush had synthetic hairs, but it didn't seem to dampen it's performance. There was no visible hair loss from this brush during use. So it seems to be put together fairly well and if super soft!

This brush is a blending powerhouse. Great for diffusing colour over a large area or blending edges seamlessly. I really love to use this brush with a bronzer over my neck and chest as well as with no product or a little touch of setting powder to blend over coloured products and help them to mesh with my skin tone. It is large but not too densely packed so it doesn't pickup and remove the other makeup you already have on your skin.The brush washes up well and doesn't lose a ton of bristles, although I've only had this brush for 3 weeks but my other elf brushes have lasted for years with proper care and I'm sure this will be the same. My only wish with this brush is that it would have a longer handle, it's personal preference however I find it easier to use with a longer handle. i absolutely love this for powdered contour. 3 swipes and it looks flawless! picks up a good amount of product to!

Love this brush. At first I assumed it was too big to contour with, but I was wrong. No harsh lines, no need to blend out. I just swipe one side of the brush in the product and then under my cheekbone and I'm done.
