I love them! I have Brownie Points, Cruisin Chic, and Back to Basics too and they are all beautiful. I wear very minimal makeup and don't like to spend time on applying it when I do wear it, so I wear these alone and use my finger to apply them and it takes a minute and I'm done and it looks great and lasts until you remove it! I just wish they would bring back some of the old colors and some new ones. Please bring back Brownie Points and Wine Not!!

I love the way this looks on. I hate the container because it must be applied with a finger for best results, and you end up with it under your fingernails, even short ones. It also has a very short life expectancy and dries up a long time before it's used up, no matter how tight you keep it capped.

Love this stuff! I've heard that this is a dupe for Maybelline color tattoo so I decided to try it out. I've never bought any color tattoos but from what they can tell they're long lasting, have great pigmentation but are pretty difficult to blend. The Smudge Pots are a dream to blend. You can blend them a BIT with your fingers but they look best with the edges blended with a blending brush. I've tried wearing this with and without I primer. I have the Essence I love color primer and it helps extend the wear and prevents creasing. However, primer or nyx milk will not improve the pigmentation because it's already so pigmented! This is not totally crease proof unfortunately. I have very oily lids and while it'll last all day, a fair amount of it will crease. I love the shade Crusin Chic. I'm a light yellow leaning olive and it's kind of a shimmery, taupe gold if that makes sense? Look up the swatches before you buy, I found them pretty accurate. I normally apply eyeshadow with a brush but I do apply this with my fingers because I find it goes on easier. This is great for a minimal makeup look and I've integrated it into my everyday 5 minute makeup look (primer, foundation, eyeshadow primer, smudge pot, blush, lipstick/lipgloss). AKA my I'm running late but trying to look vaguely put together look. I don't normally like the one shadow eye shadow look but I'll definitely make an exception for this! A nice neutral/warm brown eyeshadow in the crease (I use a naked basics dupe from a makeup revolution palette. I think it's called the Iconic elements palette?) helps pulls the look together. This is a great simple work look and it's also great for middle/high schoolers who want a minimal makeup look. I would recommend this for beginners but would note that a blending brush (ELF makes some great brushes) will help.

I got a few of these smudge pots a while ago (I've been collecting a few different colors over time) and I absolutely love them. They are perfectly pigmented for if you just want to swipe some color on your lid and go. I've even seen instagram posts of people using them for fancy eye looks, but I have yet to try something like that. Just wish there were more colors!!

I own 7 smudge pots and out of all of them only ain't that sweet has let me down. The other six are heavenly! They stay on all day, an amazing base, and many of these look great as an all over shadow. I'm torn between Back to Basics and Cruisin' Chic, I don't know which one of these two are my favorite. Cruisin' Chic has a beautiful finish. Very sleek and mauvy. I use it when I want to go for a very sharp eyeliner and defined brows. Back to Basics is like magic. You can use this one shade alone and it will look like you have two or three. I would highly recommend this !
