Nest 3rd Generation Programmable Wi-Fi Smart Learning Thermostat

We have had a Nest for over 2 years now, it has taken us through the seasons and home absences. We have learned how to use it and it has become part of the fabric of our home lives. I can genuinely say that this is the best thermostat I have ever used, the older dumb kind were fine in their way, but they never worked comfortably in the background. The Nest does, and it looks good.

Honestly did not think the thermostat would work this well. Initially thought it would be a posh waste of money. It was easy to install. Half hour if that. And after the first couple of months I could see the utility bill drop in price. The first winter I had the next thermostat I saved £45

My Worcester Bosch boiler had to be replaced I decided to add a fancy thermostat as it was only £60 more than a standard setup. The choice was either Nest or Worcester Bosch. I haven't used learning yet. Trying out schedule at present. + points. Looks good. Energy saver works well. Easy to program. - points. History is only 2 weeks. No individual room management in Europe.

I had an old heating system which didn't have a thermostat, just an timed on/off switch, so adding Nest was hugely beneficial. Plus it was compatible too! I was recommended it by my plumber, and it's a great product. Having Google Home I can control it by voice without having to lift a finger. Not a necessity of course, but great to show off the capability to friends and family.
