Google - Nest Thermostat Trim Kit - Charcoal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that the new Google Nest Thermostat has an additional plate you can purchase that completes the look. Made of sturdy white plastic. It's easy to install. Just two screws and you pop the thermostat in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our home is a little older so when we swapped out our old clunky thermostat for the G2 the wall needed some work. Instead of going through the trouble of patching and repainting we used the trim plate to cover up the ugly hole and mess in the wall. Problem solved and the plate looks really sleek and nice! You would never know the madness that's behind it! It was incredibly quick and easy to install.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was worried about installing the new thermostat because the one that was being replaced was much larger and bulkier. When I removed it, there was glue residue behind it as well as the wall color that was there before the house was repainted. The trim plate covers all of that mess and makes the thermostat look professional and neat. The trim plate is well worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This plate nicely covers up the holes from the previous thermostat. It needs to be a bit more flush with the wall but instead it flares outward which looks a bit awkward. It does serve it's purpose though. I would buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Nest thermostat trim kit is white in color and matches with the Nest E thermostat. The instructions are easy to follow. I used a Phillips screwdriver to install the plate to the wall before installing the Nest E.
