JA Cosmetics ELF Bronzing Brush, 1 ea

I bought this brush initially to do contouring on my face, but I have to say that I really don't like the brush. Even though the bristles feel rough on the face, they bend easily as you're applying bronzer and they don't do the job as well as they could. I have turned to a Studio brush because this one is not doing what it's supposed to.

Before I bought this product, I had to read some of the reviews of this brush and most of them were about the negative quality of it. In my opinion, I love this brush. The bristles are soft and perfect, it's easy to clean, it's perfect in size (I do have small cheeks so it might probably be different for everyone), and the design of this brush does actually help to create a perfect blush. Then again, the only thing I am concerned about is the fact that the bristles do tend to fall out easily. Overall, it's a very decent product.

I previous reviewed this as a "blush" brush and dissed it pretty hard. Then I tried it with the mineral foundation, and now I love it. It's too stiff for blush or bronzer, but perfect for mineral foundation. It's small enough to work with elf's small foundation containers, and the perfect density (not too dense) to pick up product sparingly and then buff it into the skin. Elf, you need to package this brush with your mineral foundation instead of the taclon, because the taclon is too soft.

this brush is not so good. it's not dense at all. however, i gave it 2 stars because it is soft and cheap. the only thing i've found this useful for is maybe light application of a powder highlighter. this brush is too flimsy and cheap for cream or liquid products.

I needed a brush for applying blush and powdered foundation so i got this since i love ELF. I really wanted to love it, but it really doesnt do its job. When you apply the powder, it applies it in lines and only evens out if blended with your hands. I guess it is okay if you want to take a lot of time in the morning, but otherwise it isnt the best ELF has produced.
