First couple weeks were fine and we ignored the random "Tap Events," but we got notified that our son had made a tap event and then left his school. The history showed him progressively further away from his school until it stopped about 5 miles away. We called the school and had them go to his classroom to find him, but while I was on hold my wife drove over the location it showed him. That was the farthest away it had been wrong, in the past it had only been off by 100 feet or so. Customer service continued to feed us a line of bull about satellite drift. If this device is suppose to give you peace of mind, it did just the opposite. In the next week or so it continued to leave our zones while it was sitting on the charger in our house. Not reliable enough to use on a loved one. I guess if you were going to use this device on an object and not your child, it would work for that. So I gave it one star because the manufacturer didn't stand behind the product and wouldn't consider replacing it. Fortunately, Walmart customer service was great and took the poorly designed or poorly functioning device back because the company just kept saying it was working correctly. So Walmart gets 5 stars for customer service.

Bought this for my autistic son because he often wanders. It couldn't get a signal at all inside our home and I tested it by walking down our street and still nothing. So then I drove about 2 miles away and back, it finally picked up the location after we had driven the two miles but once we returned home the app still placed it 2 miles away. Just not reliable enough to track something as precious as your child. Still looking for a device that actually works.

This product doesn't have a long lasting battery. Within 3 to 4 hrs the battery dies. I need the battery to at least stay charged for at least 8 hrs there is no on our of button for this device so I can't have my cold turn it off during school hours to save the charge. And well over all I am not happy with it but it's like most things in life we need it so I just have to deal with it!!! #sonothappy #sodisappointed :-(

It works very well. The person keeps it on a chain with medical alert dog tags. Great at locating. The app is incompatible with our Android phones; however, it still works well at locating the wearer just from going on the website from our phones and computer. The zone setting/alerts could be a little better, but are adequate. We're very impressed by this device, the website, the device price, and the price of service.

Did not work out of the box... Unit had to be returned and replaced with a working unit.
