Vitamix - Explorian E310 Blender - Black

Purchasing my desired model was easy and delivery prompt. I'm very happy with my Vitamax and use it daily for my nutrient packed super smoothie. It's reliable, quiet, and easy to clean.

Underwhelming. I've always wanted a Vitamix and was so excited to finally get one, burgers no better than a cheap blender. I put it at full speed and it still had chunks of frozen smoothie blend.

I've always wanted a Vitamix but thought they were too expensive. For years I've heard my friends rave about them. Well, finally after two blenders died on me this year I decided to make the investment and I wish I had done it sooner. I love my Vitamix. I use it for soups, smoothies, desserts, and fancy drinks!

To be completely honest, I've been pretty disappointed with this mixer. After reading all the great reviews on this we made the decision to purchase. I'm sure it is 100% operator error but our machine doesn't seem to be able to blend frozen fruit or ice cubes. Constantly jams up no matter the speed. At this point not sure I'd go this route again.

I had wanted a Vitamix for several years and, based on the recommendation of the online selection application, decided on the E310. I am thoroughly pleased with all features and quality of this unit, and it has plenty of power to do what I bought it for--to blend raw fruits, vegetables, and protein powder. One minor note is that the container is light in weight, and so must be held with one hand when using the tamper, so the container doesn't dislodge and "grind". Actually, I have found that I need the tamper only about a third of the time--certainly when blending lettuces and lots of vegetables, but not for blends of cut fruits and protein powder...
