This coffee smelled so amazing even before grinding and brewing it! I used my french press and it did not disappoint me in flavor. It was amazing! This was my first time buying freshly roasted coffee and even with being more pricey I may have to consider switching over completely. I love this coffee. First impression when I got the package were good. I really like the description of the coffee on the package. The smell when opening the package was good and the smell when grinding the beans were even better. I can usually tell if I'll enjoy a coffee by those smells alone. The bean are so fresh you can smell the sweetness through the package. It took a few tries to find the right grind setting for this bean, but oh my was it delicious once I was dialed in. I made a perfect espresso for me and an amazing cappuccino for my wife. The only negative is the price, but I might be hooked for more once this bag runs out.
