It has a wonderful taste. You can drink it black or with your favorite things in it and it doesn't lose it lavor. We also tried it in an Expresso maker and made espressos and cappucinos. We had our friends try it and they are going to order your coffee.
This is the best-tasting expresso I think I've ever had. I've been an expresso connoisseur for over 20 years and tried every brand on the market. Living in the deep south, we have every south American blend possible, yet none come close to the perfection of Boca Java.
This is the best and most consistent espresso roast I have found. I appreciate that it is finely ground, appropriate for espresso makers. Strong and smooth with a lovely after taste, I drink it black as night, strong as jealousy, and hotter than hell. My only complaint is that I really don't like the packaging. [...]
I get up every morning and start my coffee first thing. I enjoy watching the sunrise with my coffee on the back porch. The flavor is outstanding and I find no fault with it at all. I have been using this product for several years and will continue to use it.
The espresso made by Boca Java is best in the afternoon and early evening. It gives just the right amount of kick to give you that extra boost you need to make it through whatever work you may have left. It's an absolute joy to drink. I order whole-bean and grind before making my cup(s) of espresso. Trust me, the store purchased brands fall far short of this espresso. I have tried nearly all of them, and having had this fresh ground and brewed I can't go back. I made it for a friend and he fell in love with it immediately. There is no bite in these cups of espresso. They will love you as much as you love drinking them.
This is a great kick-start any time of the day. I grab for the espresso first thing and some times drink it all day long just because it is so good! I like mine pretty strong so I usually use it in my 1 cup maker. It goes great with the flavored creamers as well as with just sugar and plain creamer. As much as I love coffee I can't drink it straight. It needs the creamy sweet additives! :)
I wanted to provide feedback after the recent loss of the factory. It seems like the grind is more fine than it was before. It's ok if it's supposed to be this fine, I love the coffee either way. Just wanted to to let y'all know there was a difference between now and then. Thanks for making some of the best coffee I have ever had!

I enjoy this espresso in the morning and as an ice coffee in the afternoon. I like the full robust flavor this espresso delivers. I would recommend this product to those who enjoy a hardy coffee as this espresso is good brewed with a drip coffee maker as well. You wont be disappointed.
10/14 - I bought four bags of coffee this round - Espresso and three of the Gilmore Girls themed coffees. I'll start with the espresso because I'm waiting for my son to arrive (due Early November) to begin an epic Gilmore binge (for the umpteenth time, not sorry). I'll continue reviewing each coffee under their respective pages. I hope that by some cosmic juju the different coffee flavors will enhance the Gilmore viewing experience; add a level Stars Hollow mystique. Disclaimer: This will be a stream of consciousness approach, subjectivity will abound. You've been warned. The Espresso is a scoche darker than others I've had. The smell and look are not the rich and robust sensation typical of espressos; rather one or two clicks to the dark side, like Anakin when he slaughters the Sand People in Episode II or when Rory steals the yacht. I think they're trying to achieve the flavor an espresso shot in an 8oz. cup. Finding the right balance didn't take long. I typically use a tablespoon per cup in a drip coffee maker. I take it with half and half. The taste is similarly dark. It's satisfying - definitely one I could come back to again and again. My wife (fellow Gilmore enthusiast) did not like it. She eschews the quaint darker roasts for the appealing lasciviousness of the medium roasts. We finished this before starting our Gilmore binge. (Continued in Luke's No-Nonsense Special)
