Fantastic aroma, and the only coffee that doesn't give me heart arrhythmia. Interestingly enough, my friend of the same ethnic heritage as me, says the same thing. I have gifted many bags of it and everyone has commented highly on it. I only wish there was an option for a light roast as it does taste a little too burnt asan aftertaste.
My husband and I are drinking, enjoying ''tis great coffee every morning about two years long. I drink this Costal Costa Rica coffee also during the day on my workplace that I prepare morning in our automatic esspresso machine that ground freshly for us.
Wonderful Coffee From Costa Rica you have to try this coffee it is so smooth and great tasteing store bought does not even come close to this. Excellent once you try this you will never go back to store bought, If you have ever had coffe from a coffee shop first thing in the morning then this is so much like it clena fresh taste good anytime of day by yourself or with friends you can't go wrong with it.
We pay attention to caffeine consumption at our house so we buy both with and without and I mix the beans and grind them together. The house smells amazing for a day or two AND each morning to the fresh brewed pot. I buy often, every time there is a deal and the beans are always fresh. You cant buy this quality and freshness having been just roasted at your grocery store or specialty coffee shop. BOCA JAVA ARE THE BEST!!
I use whole beans and grind fresh everytime - even drag grinder and beans on vacation in US. But can't buy by mail due to size - 8oz and price when I can buy 16oz for [$]/lb. at local healthfood store (also FreeTrade). My state is about to implode like a Vegas casino - so must also support the economy right here at home. I have shared all the kinds from this company with all my friends and they all love it too!!
The Coastal Costa Rica coffee is our favorite coffee, since the first time I randomly selected this coffee in the list. We have been only drinking the Costal Costa Rica coffee for many months. When we ran out one month, I bought a bag of beans at a coffee shop, and we did not finish it. I like it with a lot of milk. It is so good.
For your easy going weekends this easy going coffee is just the job. Not the coffee for you high charged high cafine types, but for those of us who want a relaxing start to a busy weekend or just take it easy all day, this coffee is for you. So relax enjoy the day and sip a second cup.
A very good cup of coffee. Good flavor with a little sweetness - which seems to be enhanced when a little cream and sugar are added. I had previously been drinking the Boca Sunrise and found the flavor of this coffee to be a bit more of a 'one note' flavor, and a bitmore acidic than Boca Sunrise, but overall an excellent cup of coffee
Personally, I just think its too acidic. I drink a lot of coffee and I really want to like this one and tried it 2 different times. Seems to leave a very acidic taste in my mouth afterwords and even some stomach pain. Not sure what the deal is but it doesn't agree with my stomach or my palate.
I belong to several coffee clubs and usually enjoy sampling an array of products. The light flavor of the blend was too light and somewhat disappointing. Out of the 4 brand flavors I chose this order it comes in at 4th...it requres too much coffee grounds to make a decent tasting pot. I think I'll stick with the full body dark roasts so I can taste what I'm drinking.
