Great when mixed half/half with other flavors such as the holiday blends. I actually prefer it this way. I often use the 2-cup coffee maker (drips into go-cups) that Boca Java offered a couple of years ago. It's wonderful that way, especially since I know the exact amount of ground coffee and water to use. It's always a perfect cup.
My wife and I have a Grind and Brew Drip coffee maker that grinds the beans immediately before brewing the coffee. This gives us really rich coffee. Now, you pair that process with the Vacation Villa Vanilla and you have a truly unique coffee drinking experience. The flavor is best described as tasting like Vanilla Pudding because that's what each sip tastes like. It's a softly sweet, creamy, almost dessert-like experience.
My first thoughts are the same each time I have brewed a pot of any of the Boca Java coffee. What a fabulous and aromatic way of starting my day! How pleasing to the palate! Never any unpleasant after taste whether freshly brewed or cold. Thank you Boca Java.
I have tried a number of flavored coffees from Boca Java and frankly haven't found one I didn't like. However, I simply LOVE Vacation Villa Vanilla! It's smooth with just enough vanilla so that it isn't overpowering and blends wonderfully with a flavored cream.
This flavor is for those who love espresso's and for those who don't care for coffee but love flavored latte's. My husband has to have his espresso's daily in order to start his day. I'm not a coffee lover at all, but love this coffee used as a latte. This makes life simple for both of us to enjoy one perfect coffee.
I make the equivalent to 5 cups of coffee with it. Since I have had Gastric Bypass surgery, I am supposed to drink decaf. I love flavored coffee and am very picky about what I drink. I have been looking for a good decaf and I found it in the vanilla. I recommend it to everyone, especially bariatric patients. Could use a bit more flavor.
The delicious and wonderful aroma of this coffee will have you ripping at the bag so you can hurry and make your first pot. The taste does not let you down. This is a very flavorful coffee that matches the description on the bag. The coconut, caramel and vanilla flavors are balanced perfectly and will have you ready for your next cup.
i have a two cup coffee maker. i have four cups every morning to start my day. i find that by making two cups at a time the brew is never bitter, or has time to stale in the pot. the only thing i can say on the con side is i wish it were a little cheaper.
I would only brew Vacation Villa Vanilla if I wanted a mild tasting coffee.I much prefer the bolder types of coffee. It would probably be an OK late evening coffee when you wanted something milder. I would not brew it for a breakfast coffee or where you might prefer a bolder taste.
It's actually too sweet as a full brew... so, I'm guilty of doing the 'unthinkable'... on occasion when I need just a touch of sweet....I mix in one or two tablespoons of the decaf vanilla with my caffeinated roast (when I grind it) to give my brew just a 'hint' of vanilla. It's a twist to the fuller bodied coffees; and gives them a smooth, flavorful finish. And I get rave reviews every time I serve it to my company (I don't tell them what it is until after they give me positive feedback).
