Roasting Days: We roast coffee twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays to make sure your coffee is at the peak of freshness. Shipped Right After Roasting: Your coffee will ship within 24 hours of roasting. How to Brew: Use 2 tbsp for every 8 oz of filtered water. Fair Trade Organic Indian Peaks is great as a medium grind drip brewer or as a course grind for a French Press. As someone that drinks black coffee, this is very smooth, wholesome and just delicious. Not even remotely bitter, very delicate flavor for such a strong roast. As a coffee lover I appreciate a full bean I can grind at home and something with full robust flavor this has both. The chocolate notes are super subtle and you get a earthy full mouth feel when drinking it. I usually take my coffee with just light cream and I barely needed that as it is flavorful. From the time that you open the bag you nose is greater with an amazing bold scent of a beautiful dark roasted coffee. This coffee is very bold but don't leave you with a heavy after taste.
