Small, compact, easy to use, great price.
Bought as a Christmas present for our 7 year old. Loves taking pictures and kids cameras are about the same price with many less options. Easy to use and good photos, also can do video (720p).
I bought this camera for my son who is going on a school trip to Washington. He hasn't go yet but we already use this camera to take pictures and printed them at cvs. they came out looking great. for the price Iam very pleased with this camera. it is very easy to use and my 10 yr old really likes it ;)

What it can do vs the price, it's a great deal !
This refurbished camera works as it should but the camera is less than I hoped to find. I have had many versions of the Cannon Elph in the past and I am used to the quality and the functionality of the cannon and I realize this camera is not for me. At least it was not too expensive.
Be fine if you are not interested in taking quality photos. Returned to Walmart with ease.
