This mini is amazing. I bought this for the bathroom but my house is small so I've been able to move it throughout the house. It works great in any room I put it in. I could see the water start to collect within no time at all and empty it every couple of days. I'm considering buying another one.
Was amazed at how much water this nice light weight machine pull out of the air. I use it in my bedroom in our RV and now my sheets don't feel damp in the morning. Very easy to use.
purchased for 11' x 11' closet mildew on some clothing. started machine 5 min. after opening pkg. 2 days later no more mildew on my jeans. Besides working well it is also very quiet.
it work great for my one room that had mold build when we had damp weather, thanks Walmart. all my mold and dampness is gone. Bob
It does collect water about a 11oz per day but it is not enough for my room with not exhaustion fan. I need a bigger one. When I am using it, I do not have my allergy and sinus.
There's not a whole lot to say, except that this little dehumidifier did absolutely NOTHING to decrease the humidity in my small apt. I was so excited to try it out since I've been needing something to help with the dampness for a long time. But unfortunately, it met none of my expectations.
Bought this to put in small laundry room and when you read the instructions is WARNS not to put in areas like that or a bathroom. Even if you could it does not hold enough water to do any good. For not to much more get yourself a real dehumidifier (like the Danby I reviewed). Bought them both at the same time and I love the Danby and took this one back the day it arrived !!!! Would have given it NO stars, but that's not an option :-)
This dehumidifier does not work. I tried it in a small bathroom and it removed about a tablespoon of water and within 3 hours the UV light burned out. This product is not worth the money.
this product is to small to work well...ive used it 24 hrs a day for couple days and it didnt lower the humidity at all in small closet size bathroom..i wish i hadnt purchased it now..its just to small to do what its made for in my opinion
After running it day and night for over a week in a very small and damp bathroom, it removed less than a cup of water. I am returning it to WalMart.
