Easy to set up. FIts perfectly on the counter, runs quiet and cleans good. So nice not to have to hand was everything. Cups and plates are shining again

This is a very efficient dishwasher for a small place. Very quiet. Cleans everything well.
100% recommend this product. Delivery- We had originally purchased this product through a home improvement store that promised delivery in 2 days. One week and several annoying phone calls later we finally canceled with them and ordered through Walmart.com. Delivery came flawlessly, on time and as promised, with the updates that you expect from an online purchase. Product- 2 weeks in and this dishwasher is still preforming like a champ. I feel like the reviews that talk about leaking just didn't tighten the fittings enough. You don't want them on too tight because they are plastic and could possibly crack or strip the threads with too much tension however they will need to be slightly tighter than “hand tight”. If you're like us and don't want to take risks though, Walmart's warranty is super cheap plus their return policy is unbeatable. The only downside I can think of the entire dishwasher is that the picture used to show how many dishes can fit in one load is VERY misleading. There is absolutely no way to fit that many dishes especially the cups in the “cup rack”. It does a pretty good job of drying the dishes but only if you keep them in for a few hours. The time needed for drying isn't included in the cycle wash timer. This product works great for my wife and I in our super small apartment, takes up just as much room as our drying rack did on the countertop. I would recommend this for any household of 1-3 people. Anymore than that and I don't really think it would be big enough to keep up. Lastly be sure to measure the distance between the countertop and cupboards. I had to trim .25” off (don't tell my landlord) to make it fit in our apartment but I knew that before buying.
This dishwasher was the best decision. I have two very young kids and we live in a small apartment. I've had this dishwasher for almost a year now. It runs so smoothly and saves me so much time. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a small dishwasher.
This was a huge life savor! After living in an apartment with my fiancé and having to go through washing bottles by hand every night with our first son, I was dreading going through that again with our second. I'm so glad I found out about countertop dishwashers. I run it probably twice a day and it completely gets everything clean. I love the rinse option before actually going through a whole wash cycle. I love that I can actually spend time with my family at night and not have to worry about dishes piling up. HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who lives in an apartment and has no dishwasher.
Easy Assembly. Heavier than I thought
The idea was great, the product's appearance was above average, but it sadly wasn't worth it for me. I just returned this countertop dishwasher for several reasons. 1. It was huge and took up a little more counter space than I expected. (not a deal breaker). 2. I had to run it on a pretty heavy setting for all if the soap to dissolve and to get cleaner dishes. The cycle was almost 2 hours long. That's 2 hours I can't use my kitchen sink. (still not a dealbreaker). Of course then there's the really long wait time for dishes to dry naturally, unless I wanted to hand dry them all, as there's no built-in dryer. 3. The dishwasher holds several dishes, but by no means a lot of dishes. And you have to be careful ab preventing glassware items from touching. Most of my dishes are glass, so I had to wait to fill in the gaps with plastic, keeping in mind that I'm still having to handwash many dishes along the way. Meanwhile, rinsed but still dirty, dishes are just hanging out in this thing next to me, taking up all my counter space. (ok... still not necessarily a dealbreaker.) But lastly... I run a 2-hr cycle, open it up, and not only do the dishes still have watermarks (no big deal), they're not all clean.. (this is now finally a big deal for me). I left a few things of silverware in there thru several wash cycles; left some lids in there thru several cycles, and still dirty. Had to rewash by hand. I rinsed out a bowl with food scraps, quite well, before putting it in here and had to handwash it after pulling it out. Almost every time, after all this, I had to rewash one or more of the few dishes to begin with that fit in it. THIS, for me, made the dishwasher finally not worth it. If you use a lot of plastic dishes, it might work better for you. If you're not picky about your dishes coming out not always super clean and having to dry them, go for it. I hate washing dishes more than any other household chore, but this just sadly didn't do it for me. I'd rather have the money, the space, and the time I put into using this thing for barely over a sink full of dishes (which was significantly more time and effort than with just washing them myself) any day. It was a pretty dishwasher tho, for sur.
The water inlet valve broke on this machine 8 months after buying in. To fix it involves taking apart the exterior of the machine to access the internal valve. They don't sell direct inlet replacement parts so you have to gamble buying a frigidaire part. Don't buy this and I wish I could get a refund.
