I have had all brand name phones before, HTC, Galaxy, but this phone surprised me. Totally awesome, works great. Fast, pictures are good from front and rear cameras. I had always shied away from off brand phone but I made a wise decision in buying this phone. I have only found 1 problem and that is when you assign a ringer to a contact, it won't stick. Reverts back to default. Have called 2 times to Alcatel, thought it was fixed 2nd time but not. Was told to wait for an update. I love the 5in screen and other features so I still give this phone 5 stars.

T-Mobile don't provide 4g in my area work fine on WiFi
I am loving the 5" screen. This phone is fast and does everything I need it to do. The battery lasts quite some time with regular use. I haven't found anything that this phone won't do!!
Tthis is the second smart phone i bought from Walmart, both were and are excellent!
Love it. Freezes up after a few months of use. But other then that great phone would have given it a 5 star

This phone is a awful!! every time i want to text someone, it always freezes up. When i want to go online, look at my pictures, text, or do anything else on the phone, it puts itself back to my main screen. The storage amount is horrible and overall just a horrible phone. I want to throw it against a wall on a daily basis.
Negatives are low quality camera, slow 4G, dim screen, and so so battery performance. The LG Optimus L90, for one, is a much better all around phone at this price point. It has better performance and the same Android 4.4 OS.
